Is there enough room under my stairs?
Usually, if you have about 80cm width and 140cm depth at the tall end. A short-projection toilet and a corner basin fit in surprisingly small spaces. Send me a photo and the measurements.
Do I need a macerator?
Only if the waste cannot fall to the drain by gravity. In many terraces the drain runs under the hall so a gravity connection is possible, which is quieter and cheaper. I check before quoting.
Do I need planning permission?
No, but building regulations apply to the drainage and ventilation. I do the work to those regulations.
