Smart and digital showers
These are the ones people get told are unrepairable. Often it's a single failed valve or control box that the manufacturer will sell but won't fit. I source the part, fit it and test it. If it really is beyond saving, I'll tell you and quote for a replacement that suits your water pressure.
New showers
Electric, mixer, digital or a full walk-in enclosure. The right one depends on your water system: a gravity-fed house in Heaton Moor needs a different shower to a combi in Woodford. I'll tell you which will actually work well, not just which is cheapest.

Why does my shower go cold when someone runs a tap?
Your system cannot supply enough hot water at pressure for two outlets. A thermostatic mixer, a pump, or in some houses an unvented cylinder fixes it. I will tell you which after a look.
