Plumbing in Bramhall homes

Bramhall has some of the largest houses I work in: 1930s detached and semis around the village and Bramhall Park, 1960s and 70s estates, and plenty of extensions and loft conversions since. Multiple bathrooms are the norm, which means hot water pressure and cylinder capacity come up more here than anywhere else.

Bathrooms, en-suites and unvented cylinders make up most of my Bramhall work, along with the usual repairs.

Most common Bramhall call-outsWeak showers in houses with three bathrooms, cylinder replacements, and en-suite and family bathroom refits.
Typical travel timeAbout fifteen minutes from the town centre. No travel charge.

Recent jobs in Bramhall

  • Full bathroom refit in a detached house off Bramhall Lane South with brushed brass fittings and a bath screen.
  • Unvented cylinder replacing a gravity system in a 1930s semi near Bramhall Park so three showers could run properly.
  • En-suite in a loft conversion off Ack Lane, waste run to the stack and a walk-in shower under the eaves.

What customers say

I couldn't be happier with my bathroom renovation. Dec was incredibly hardworking, professional and reliable, completing the project within the agreed timescale.

Kathryn S., Google review

Declan is fabulous. Lovely guy, professional, friendly and does a great job. His prices are competitive, too. He's been to us twice now to sort out leaks and has resolved the issue both times. Happy to recommend.

Bramhall plumbing questions

We have three bathrooms and no pressure. What is the fix?

An unvented cylinder, in almost every case. Mains pressure hot water at every outlet, and it gets rid of the loft tank. I check the incoming mains first to make sure it can feed one.

Do you do high-end bathrooms?

Yes. Nigel G. and Jonathan R. both left reviews for bathrooms where they chose the fittings and I fitted them. The quality of the fitting is the same whatever the budget.

Do you cover Woodford and Cheadle Hulme from Bramhall?

Yes. Bramhall, Woodford and Cheadle Hulme are all within a few minutes of each other.
