Privacy policy

Short, because there isn't much to say. This site collects the details you send me and nothing else.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, phone number, email address, the area and service you selected, your message, and any photos you attach. If you ring or email me directly, I have whatever you tell me.

What I use it for

Replying to you, quoting for the job, and doing the work. If you become a customer I keep your contact details and a record of the work done, so I can refer back to it when you ring again and for my accounts.

What I don't do

I don't sell or share your details with anyone else, I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't use them for anything other than the job you contacted me about.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies. It may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits; that tool does not identify you personally. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted within a year. Customer records are kept for six years for accounting purposes, as required by HMRC.

Your rights
